Position: Chief Accountant/Tax manager

Qualification requirements:

1. Higher education in finance, accounting and taxes;

2. Work experience as a Tax manager/Chief accountant for at least 5 years;

3. Deep understanding of the Tax Code;

4. Knowledge of tax conditions for businesses and individuals;

5. Knowledge of Local accounting and IFRS Accounting standards;

6. Knowledge of the Customs Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and the CU;

7. Knowledge of the forms and methods of accounting;

8. Knowledge of the procedure of financial calculations;

9. Knowledge of acceptance, receipt, storage and consumption of cash, inventory and other valuables;

10. Knowledge of the rules of settlement with debtors and creditors;

11. Knowledge of the Labor Code;

12. Knowledge of the laws on social deductions;

13. Level of English – Advanced;

14. Computer skills – Advanced.

15. Proactive and good communication skills.

Duties:

1. Understand the business scenario and tax law changes, as well as its tax impact on tax calculation;

2. Prepare and submit tax return accurately and timely;

3. Tax cash flow forecast, and tax asset management for efficient use of the asset;

4. Assist in tax inquiry/ Finance desk audit and prepare the relevant documents;

5. Support business on tax and finance related matters, e.g. Sales and procurement contracts review such as payment terms, FX risk control, guarantee terms, credit line;

6. Statement and maintenance of accounting;

7. Responsible for accounting external compliance, ensuring accounting and reporting comply with local statutory requirements;

8. Daily communication with headquarters related to any concerns or issues;
